We built Oysterbed Lodge in 2002 on land adjacent to Tigh Oisre, and the house is stunning. Standing in a sheltered and private garden, this single storey home is built on a large scale with nearly 3000sq feet of ground floor space, and surrounded on all sides with a deck which is delightful to use for entertaining in the summer. Oysterbed lodge is a Post & Beam house built on a grand scale with soaring cathedral ceilings in the main reception room, which opens on to the dining area and kitchen, with all the fittings you would expect in a luxury home.
