Beautiful 5 Star House in Kerry

We have spent several happy holidays here. The home is fantastic – definitely 5 star rating with wonderful design and decoration, but at the same time really comfortable and with every amenity possible. We didn’t want to leave!

We’ve always had good weather for Ireland and enjoyed all the activities around us, especially our visits to Kenmare and Killarney and the various golf courses. The Irish are such a friendly lot and we loved the pubs and restaurants. We have met some real characters!

I think you have stayed here for 3 years now, and after speaking to Jeremy he said you are planning another 2 week trip to stay there again in late August or September, so we look forward to welcoming you again, and may we thank you for looking after the house so well when you are there, and we are always happy to let you use the canoes.

Me and the girls

Me and my girlfriends stayed at the house for a long weekend in the summer 2010. It was an excellent weekend away and we very much enjoyed staying in the house. Luckily the weather was fab and we were able to get the canoes on the water (which was only a quick walk down the road). We were so lucky and whilst out in the bay were joined by a pod of dolphins- no joke they were literally swimming by the canoes. It was pretty magical.
The house was great, clean and tidy. We also got a welcome pack with all the essentials in, which was great as we arrived at the house very late. We also got a loaf of Soda bread (had never tried it before but its delicious).
I think we would definitely stay at the house again and hope to go back very soon to see the dolphins!

I have done this as well, it’s simply beautiful just floating along in sheltered water and the Dolphins coming up all around the canoes, when we were there last summer it happened every day for a week, I know how you all felt.
We are now making the 3 canoes available to everyone who asks for them after hearing of your experiences, so thank you for your lovely review.

We had a great time

My wife and 4 children stayed here in May 2010 and we were fortunate that the weather was really good, in fact over the 14 days we had 3 rather windy and cloudy days, this gave us a good opportunity to explore the lovely town of Kenmare and venture over Molls Gap to Killarney where we all had a good time.

Every morning we started the day with a walk down to Oysterbed where the kids spent hours crabbing on the pier,I think this was the best part of their holiday as it was so difficult to drag them away.
The house was way better than described, truly superb, and the little things like the quality of the cutlery and linens made all the difference.
We all loved it here and would highly recommend this house for singles and those with kids.
